Description: Inspired by the "Notion" aesthetic and the Second Brain philosophy, Mode.AI is a distraction-free coaching ecosystem. It goes beyond text, offering Simulated Live Video Sessions with voice-enabled AI agents and automated email roadmaps to keep users accountable to their goals. Developed as a high-velocity response to the Better Creating Hackathon challenge.

The Concept Self-improvement is often lonely and disorganized. Users drown in productivity apps that are just empty containers. We wanted to build a "Cognitive Operating System"—a clean, minimalist space where the software doesn't just track your tasks, but actively pushes you to complete them.
The Solution Mode.AI is a next-generation coaching platform built with vibecoding velocity. It combines the clean, block-based aesthetic of tools like Notion with the empathy of advanced LLMs.
Key Features:
Persona-Led Architecture: The app features specialized AI Agents like Marcus (Startup Strategy), Coach K (Elite Fitness), and Luna (Personal Brand). Each has a unique "mindset," logic, and tone.
The "Live" Experience: Breaking the text barrier, users can enter a Simulated Video Call. The AI speaks with a natural neural voice and reacts in real-time, creating an immersive mentorship session.
Active Accountability Loop: Unlike passive apps, Mode.AI acts as a real coach. It generates a Strategic Roadmap and proactively sends Check-in Emails to track progress, ensuring the user doesn't fall off the wagon.
Minimalist UX: Inspired by the "Better Creating" philosophy, the interface is stripped of noise. Black and white, ample whitespace, and focus on content.
Tech Stack:
Frontend: FlutterFlow (Minimalist UI/UX).
Intelligence: OpenAI GPT-4o (Reasoning & Personality).
Voice Engine: OpenAI Realtime API (Simulated Video Calls).
Automation: Transactional Email API for roadmaps.
Impact: Democratized access to elite coaching. Mode.AI proves that AI can be empathetic and structural, acting as a true partner in personal growth rather than just a tool.
